Want to schedule a room that you are authorized to reserve online?

Select My Account on the red bar above, and then Log In.  You will be asked for your full email address and password.   
Forgot your password or don’t have one yet, contact jlyoung02@ysu.edu for assistance.  Once logged in, you can now reserve a room if you are authorized to do so (please note: student organization group presidents are the only ones able to schedule rooms).   To do this go to reservations on the red bar, and then click on to Reserve a room.  You need to answer all the red * items for it to work.   Note: The room will only show up if it is open when trying to book.  Any questions call: 330.941.7438
 
Want to browse campus events located in Kilcawley Center?

Select the Browse on the bar above, and then click on browse events, select the date and Kilcawley Center, and then all the events will show up if they are public events.   This will show you what is happening in Kilcawley Center only.
 
Want to browse Kilcawley Center?

Select the Browse on the bar above, and then click on browse facilities button.  This will by default load Kilcawley Center.  You can look at the building, and then look at each room and get the capacity, features, equipment in the room, and pictures.
 
Want to browse Kilcawley Center’s reservation books?

Select Browse on the bar above and then select the reservation book, add Kilcawley Center and date that you want to look at. The screen will show you a reservation book of each room in the building that you selected. You can see most events listed.  If an event is listed as private, that means it is a private function and not open to the public.  Most people use this to check if a room is open when planning a meeting.  Please note that limited rooms are available for online booking.  If you are looking to schedule a room that is not available online, contact Chris Pullium in Kilcawley Center Reservations at 330.941.3577.

Want to locate a client in Kilcawley Center?
 
Select Browse on the bar above, and then locate a group.  Type in the beginning letter of the alphabet of the client, and a list of clients in our data base will show up beginning with that letter. (Please note:  if you are looking to locate a student organization, please type SO, then the group name.  For example, Greek Campus Life would look for SO, Greek Campus Life.)  Select the client that you are looking for, and then press the locate button.  A list will show up for the day of where the client is located in Kilcawley Center, if they have a room.
