To schedule an event:

1. Click on My Account Links and select Log In or Create an Account

2. If you already have an Account, after you have logged in, Click on Reservations

2. Next Click on Room Request and follow the on screen prompts

Want to schedule a room that you are authorized to reserve online?

Select My Account Links on the task bar above, and Log In.  You will be asked for your full email address and password. If you are a first time user, you can stop in the Kilcawley Center Staff Office, located on the second floor of Kilcawley Center between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for assistance.    

Forgot your password or don’t have one yet, contact amsantillo@ysu.edu for assistance, or call Kilcawley Center Room Reservations at 330.941.3577.  

Once logged in, you can now reserve a room if you are authorized to do so (please note: student organization group presidents are the only ones able to schedule rooms).   To book a room go to Reservations on the task bar, and then click on Room Request.  You need to answer all the red * items for it to work.   Note: The room will only show up if it is open when trying to book.  If you have any questions contact Kilcawley Center Room Reservations at 330.941.3577.

 
Want to browse campus events located in Kilcawley Center?

Select the Browse on the task bar, and click on:

1.      Browse the Calendar - to see a list of events, you can view the Kilcawley Center calendar by the following categories: Daily List, Weekly List, Monthly List, Weekly Calendar, and Monthly Calendar.

2.      Browse for Space - to see a list of available rooms and times.

3.      Locate a Group - to find a group, type in the groups name in the search bar, next select the group, after selecting the group all the events scheduled by that group will appear for that particular day.    

 
Want to browse the facilities in Kilcawley Center?

Select the Browse on the task bar, and click on the browse facilities button.  This will by default load Kilcawley Center.  You can look at the building, and then look at each room and get the capacity, features, equipment in the room, and pictures (if available).
 
Can’t find the room you are looking to book?

Only certain rooms are available for online booking.  If you are looking to schedule a room that is not available online, contact Ashleigh Santillo in Kilcawley Center Reservations at 330.941.3577 or by email at amsantillo@ysu.edu.
